No access to TARGET datasets in the portal

I got dbGaP approval to use TARGET data two days ago (see below for screenshot)

I also connected Cancer Genomics Cloud in Cavatica (see below)

However the TARGET files are still locked (see below in File Repository of the KFDRP)
