I have access to the dbgap study phs002276. I did manage to download all mapped RNA-seq data, and some clinical information in the kids first portal. However, regarding clinical information, I only have information on vital status (i.e. Alive/Deceased). Where can I find the information for overall survival time in days, first event, time-to-event in days, and MRD?
