Is there a way to export saved searches in the “Explore Data” page of the portal? E.g. I want to have a list of HPO terms/numbers in one of my queries which includes “Observed Phenotype (HPO)” as one of the criteria.

Yes, you can click on the Download button and select Clinical data. It includes a list of HPO phenotypes

Thanks - what about the studies I selected, are they going to be in the clinical data?
